CLC tracks and submits comments on proposed changes to environmental regulations at the state and federal level. We work to ensure that our clients’ and community partners’ voices are heard in the rulemaking process and advocate for regulations that will support community and environmental health in the Region.
Our rulemaking comments have included:

- 2025.05.09: IDEM’s Changes to State Implementation Plan to Reduce NOx Emissions
- 2025.05.09: CLC-specific comments on IDEM’s proposed regulations on reasonably achievable control technology to reduce NOx emissions
