Jackson Higgins is a Litigation Fellow for the Conservation Law Center. Born and raised in Indiana, Jackson’s passion for the environment stems directly from his childhood hiking trips with his parents.
Jackson earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Indiana University. Jackson studied political science and minored in sociology as an undergraduate before going on to graduate from the Maurer School of Law. While in law school, he started as a clinic intern at CLC, and he finished as a teaching assistant for the litigation group. Jackson also served as Chief Justice of the Sherman Minton Moot Court Board and the Executive Production Editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies during law school.
In his free time, Jackson likes to hike in the area surrounding Bloomington, read, and play trivia.
