Lisa McKinney currently works as the chair of the Hospitality, Alcoholic Beverage and Administrative Law Groups as Bose McKinney & Evans.
She has extensive experience in administrative matters before the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission (ATC), including policy and legislative task forces with the ATC, contract negotiations, application and renewal preparation, local board and ATC hearings, appeals, interim management agreements, purchase and sale agreements and responding to alleged violations. Lisa represents a range of clients from convenience stores, large retailers, restaurants, theaters, importers, big box stores, developers, hotels, golf courses, drug and grocery stores, wineries, breweries, artisan distillers, taverns and clubs. She also represents clients in federal, state and international matters related to alcoholic beverage permitting (liquor licensing), production, distribution, labeling and marketing of alcohol products.
A 1992 graduate of Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington, she is past-president of the Alumni Board of Directors for the Indiana University Maurer School of Law Alumni, a member of the IU Maurer School of Law Board of Visitors and a representative for the Maurer School of Law on the IU Alumni Association Executive Council.
