Brad Baughn

Bradley is a seasoned public policy and government affairs professional with 20 years of experience advancing legislative, regulatory, and strategic advocacy initiatives across the energy, environmental, fuel retail, and distribution sectors. He brings a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach to public policy, informed by deep experience in both government and association leadership roles.

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Indiana University, Bloomington, Bradley began his career in public service with the Indiana State Senate and later served in legislative director roles at the Indiana Department of Natural Resources and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management. 

Bradley has served as a senior lobbyist and regulatory affairs director for statewide trade associations, where he developed and executed comprehensive legislative strategies, delivered formal testimony, and advised members on compliance and rulemaking.

In more recent roles, Bradley supported climate, renewable energy, and agricultural initiatives by providing targeted policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic research. He has represented organizations at high-level meetings and advisory forums, building productive relationships with policymakers, agency leaders, and industry partners to advance shared goals.

Growing up just minutes from Indiana’s Morgan-Monroe State Forest, Bradley developed a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors. He enjoys hiking, biking, camping, and fishing, and he values opportunities to travel and explore new places through these pursuits.
