$60,000 Grant from Simon Family Foundation to Advance Water Quality and Land Conservation in Indiana

Thank you to the Herbert Simon Family Foundation who has awarded the Conservation Law Center a $60,000 grant to further our work in water quality and land conservation.

With this support, CLC will be able to advance efforts against direct piping and failing septics in Indiana as well as continue our pro bono support of conservation organizations and expand land conservation in the state. CLC’s Indiana Land Protection Program has helped provide permanent protection for over 13,000 acres with an estimated value over $65 million.

This grant is a continuation of the partnership between the foundation and CLC with a shared goal to conserve the precious natural resources of Indiana.

The Herbert Simon Family Foundation is a private foundation. It has been providing support for organizations in hopes of creating more equitable, sustainable, and vibrant communities with an emphasis on Central Indiana since 1999.
