Buckeye Wind proposes to build a 100-turbine wind facility in Champaign County, OH, in an area that overlaps with the migration path of Indiana bats and their habitat.
The CLC recently submitted an amicus curiae brief for the consideration of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Conservancy of Southwest Florida v. United States Fish and Wildlife Service.
